Yoga is disciplined way of life. It is a timeless pragmatic science
evolved over thousands of years, which deals with physical, mental and
spiritual well being of men. The techniques in yoga are based on most
precise understanding of adequate and balanced functioning of the
body, mind and the spirit to achieve the state of good health,
vitality and youthfulness in all condition.
Indian system of yoga has been practiced for several thousands of
years as the continuous, uninterrupted tradition of knowledge.

in yoga psychology. Sun salutation can do at the time of sunset, on
the lakeside in front of your cottage. Yoga practice and meditation
